What’s included
30 pages, including CMS detail pages for treatments, team members and blog posts. Eight CMS collections — Treatments, Plans, Team, Locations, Reviews, Cases, FAQs and Posts. Reusable components for every card, the navigation, footer and forms. Fraunces and DM Sans, both free Google fonts included with Framer.
Make it yours
Everything is driven by shared Color Styles and Text Styles, so you can rebrand the whole site from one place: open the Assets panel, choose Styles, and edit the values there rather than on individual layers. Then work through the CMS collections, editing the example entries so the detail pages keep working. Replace the wordmark in the Nav component, and set your site name, description and favicon in Site Settings.
Connect your forms
There are two forms: the consultation booking and the plan signup. Both currently redirect to a confirmation page. To receive submissions, select the form and set a destination under Form, then Send To — Framer supports email, webhooks and integrations. Until you do this, enquiries will not reach you. Swap the example phone number and email address for your own throughout; both are set as tel: and mailto: links so they work on mobile.
Replace the demo content before launch
All photography is licensed demo content showing stock models, not your practice — replace it with photographs of your own clinic and team. The before-and-after gallery shows different people and is not a set of real patient cases. UK practices: before-and-after imagery in dental advertising is regulated by the GDC and ASA. Images must be of your own patients, with their explicit written consent, and must not be retouched or misleading. Do not publish the demo gallery as if it were your own work — either replace it with properly consented patient photography, or delete the Smile Gallery page and its navigation link. Similar rules apply in many other countries.
What this template does not include
Being straightforward about the boundaries: there is no payment processing — the plan signup and booking forms collect enquiries but do not take payment or deposits. There is no booking-system integration, so no live availability or calendar sync; if you use Dentally, Cliniko or similar you can embed their widget in place of the form. There is no patient login or portal, and no multi-language setup, though Framer supports localisation if you want to add it. None of these are difficult to add — they are simply not included.

If something in the template is broken or does not behave as described here, email thefreelanceledger.uk@gmail.com and it will be fixed — please include the page and what you were doing, and mention that you are writing about the Dentine template. Replies usually come within two working days. General Framer training, custom development and design work for your practice are outside what this covers, but Framer Academy is genuinely good if you are new to the tool and covers everything you need to edit this template confidently. Refunds are handled through the store you purchased from, in line with its refund policy. Updates to the template are free. This page is written for you, the buyer — please delete it before you publish your own site, so your visitors never see it.
